When you receive care, you have the right to:

You have the right to receive a written estimate of the expected charges for your care before your appointment, especially if you are:- Uninsured
- Self-pay (not using insurance)
- Understand Your Costs
The Good Faith Estimate will include the expected cost of services, so you can plan accordingly and avoid unexpected bills.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
A Good Faith Estimate outlines the anticipated cost of your chiropractic services based on the information known at the time.
Please note:
- Actual charges may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan
- Additional services recommended during care may not be included in the initial estimate
If Your Bill is Higher Than Expected
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
